The building
Nauthóll is only minutes from the city centre but in a world of its own, overlooking the sea and Iceland’s only geothermal beach. The building has won praise for the use of natural building materials as well as twining simplicity and utility value in a way that pleases the eye. Our love of nature doesn’t stop there. We were the first restaurant in Iceland to get the “Swan” the Nordic Ecolabel for our way of doing things.

The Restaurant
Our cuisine is in line with our environmental consciousness, all our ingredients are straight from the source, be it fish, meat or vegetables. Fresh material deserves new ideas, and that’s why we combine the Icelandic cuisine with ideas from across the globe.

Café 
Nauthóll is also a lively café, both for hooking up with friends or that important business meeting. And of course, we have something sweet to go with the coffee. 

Conference all 
Need a venue for a private party? We have a banquet hall that seats 110 guests or up to 250 standing. We have set menus for groups but gladly cater to any special requests. We can arrange decor in style with the occasions if needed and our staff is on hand for any technical requirements. The hall is equipped with top of the line sound system and lighting system, video projector and a pulpit.
