Max's serves the best of the Arctic — from the fjords and fields of Iceland — ocean-fresh fish, free-range lamb, geo-thermal vegetables, home-baked bread and cakes. Even Iceland's most delicate smoked salmon, from Ólafsfjörður in the far north, is part of the continental buffet breakfast.
