Sashi steaks come from the Danish meat producer Jn Meat. They have won awards for they’re meat production and awarded for being the best meat producer at the World steak challenge 2018 The word Sashi means “marbling” which means that the meat is especially, put into categories according to the fat marbling in the beef.
